LG BD370: Super Affordable Blu-ray Player with every Modern Feature

LG has introduced a new type of Blu-ray disc player, the LG BD370, to the electronics market.

The LG BD370 is an incredibly looking disc player that can playback BD-R, BD-RE, DVD-R, DVD-RW, DVD-R DL, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD+R DL, Audio-CD and Kodak Picture CD type of discs. The playback formats for the newly launched Blu-ray disc player are MPEG4, DivX, JPEG, MP3, WMA, VC-1, AVCHD, H.264, DivX HD and MPEG2. The LG BD370 includes a Full HD 1080p output through HDMI with cinema mode at 24 or 60 frames per second. The disc player consists of 7.1 channels which provide superior audio performance due to the inclusion of DTS, DTS HD, LCPM, Dolby Digital, Dolby Digital Plus and Dolby True HD technologies. These technologies enhance the sound output quality of the player and provide the user with surround sound effect and home theatre feelings. The television standards of the player include PAL, NTSC and Progressive Scan. The LG BD370 provides access to video streaming site such as YouTube and BD Live which allows the user to enjoy movie from these sites. When in use the player consumes power of 18 watts and when in standby mode the player just consumes 1 watt of power. The LG BD370 player has dimensions of 430 x 54 x 245 mm and weighs 3.03 kg.
