LG LH-RH9695IA: High Expectations
Author: kate // Category: UncategorizedThere are no half measures when you talk of a brand like LG, and if it is something like the LH-RH9695IA, then any apprehensions are definitely out of place. LG has great expectations from the LH-RH9695IA, as it has taken them a lot of hard labour and dedicated research to arrive at its final shape. A genuinely beautiful gadget, the unit has four slim floor-mounted speaker arrays covered by a black cloth grill. A perfectly matching speaker and black sub-woofer complete the speaker system.
The unit has an AM/FM tuner on board that allows you to preset multiple channels of your choice. The unit also has an integrated DVD/CD player, apart from boasting a 250 GB hard drive! Yes, we are talking about the integrated 250GB hard disk for video recording. It even outclasses dedicated hard disk recorders like the LG RH266 160GB. The LH-RH9695IA’s huge memory has great significance, as you can save an awesome amount of data, without having to think of deleting anything for a long long time. Moreover, LG has included an unprecedented 10 genres to make categorising your media collection easier. You can assign your recordings to any category of your choice, like sports, cooking and so on. Furthermore, the large hard allows you to continuously record for up to 12 hours.
The unit has a solitary HDMI output for connecting to a wide-screen plasma or LCD screen, apart from its S-video and component connections. The control unit and sub-woofer, on the other hand, are connected by a single system. You will, however, be surprised to find that there is no special cut-out for the speaker cable, especially when it is standing on a shelf or table, and eventually the centre speaker has to top slightly to accommodate the cable.
