It’s no secret we think little of 3D glasses. Not only does the exclusion of these expensive glasses misrepresent the real price of getting a 3D experience from 3D TVs, they look dorky and ruin much of the social act of watching TV. They’ve announced 3D TVs, 3D Blu-ray players and even a 3D firmware update for the PS3. Monsters vs. Aliens, the Dreamworks film revealed at CES 2010 to be the planet’s first 3D movie available for the home in the form of Blu-ray now, has a European release date.
