Sharp LED TV: The new Technology is taking over with Sharp at the Forefront

Light-emitting diode television or LED TV is a term used by consumer electronics companies to portray LCD TVs that uses LED backlighting. The true uses of LED display are held in reserve for larger screen specially found in sports grounds. Sony was the first to introduce the Qualia KDX-46Q005 LCD TV with LED backlighting in the year 2005 but in 2009, Samsung Electronics was the pioneer to coin the term LED TV on their Luxia LED edge-lit televisions range of TVs.
