This Sony LCD television is designed in a manner to bring out rapid moving images with accuracy and softness with the new “Motionflow” 100Hz. This technology has been added so that the frames are increased to 100 per second which results in driving away those blurry images and provide a clear and distinct quality picture. Sony KDL – 40W4500 is an improved version that besides having the Motionflow technology is able to increase the contrast ratio taking it from 30,000:1 to a new level of 50,000:1 deepening the blacks along with improved shadow detail, the color range and thus giving the picture a more realistic look. The Sony KDL-40W4500 also has the S-Force front, a surround sound technology that throws the sounds around using just its two front speakers.

Sony KDL – 40W4500 HDTV has a clear section of Perspex that lies between the sleek screen and the nearly hidden speaker partition. The speaker grills and the bezel have a sleek black finish with the entire unit having a tiny silver strip along the width of the frame. The television is a recommendation for all buyers.
